BONDISLE MOTORSPORT NEWS….
Gavin Spencer in his Bondisle Supported Vauxhall Nova finished 8th 1400 and second in class on the Malcolm Wilson Rally in the Lake District.
The crew tackled 9 stages including two in the Grizedale complex near Coniston. It was here they hit a rock and ripped the exhaust off the car whilst leading the class. However the crew held second in class despite losing over 40% of their power in the little car.
The result leaves them 5th Overall in the National XSpec BTRDA 1400cc Rally Championship and second in the 8 Valve engine class.
